ABOUT

“Connie encapsulates the mantra of “Living Well, Loving Well” in her own life and it transcends onto others with a cross-pollination effect.  She embodies a person-centered approach and makes you feel like you are the only person in the room.  She listens and understands fully whatever life experience you are going through.  She does this through her many years of life experiences where she has built resilience and strength through her life’s difficult moments.

Whether you are going through caregiving, end of life, grief, bereavement or other life transition she will listen intently and help you sort out your wants, goals, desires or dreams!!”
